Brookfield Engineering Laboratories released its full-color, 2015 catalog with complete details on Brookfield’s line of laboratory and in-line viscometers/rheometers, texture analyzers and powder flow testers. The 2015 catalog introduces the new DV1 viscometer, Brookfield’s lowest-cost, continuous sensing digital viscometer, and features enhancements to the RST Rheometer for automatic gap setting on cone/plate models. Several new and improved texture fixtures for measuring tablet strength, cheese stringiness and hair combability are also featured. A new page devoted to software/instrument options is included to help users of the DV1, DV2T and DV3T choose between RheocalcT and Wingather SQ.
