The Hellma Group, manufacturer of optical solutions and components for the process industries and research and analytical laboratories, agrees to acquire the assets of Axiom Analytical Inc. The two founders of Axiom Analytical Inc., Norm Jennings and Dr. Mike Doyle, will work as consultants for the newly established Hellma Axiom Inc. The company location in Tustin, CA remains unchanged and will provide support and assistance for customers and suppliers.
