Steam traps include inline replaceable modules, AISI440C hardened valve trim and built-in strainer screen.

TLV Corp. has released new F91 material and connection options for the HR150A and HR260A steam traps. In addition to the standard material ASTM A182 F22 (2¼% Cr - 1% Mo), the HR150A and HR260A are now also available in ASTM A182 F91 (9 percent Cr – 1 percent Mo - 0.2 percent V). In the power generation industry, ASTM A182 F91 is often used for high-temperature/high-pressure steam mains and turbines. Other options include butt weld connections available, in addition to socket weld connections.

With extreme temperature and pressure capability (up to and including supercritical service), the HR150A/HR260A top out the PowerDyne line of thermodynamic steam traps. The PowerDyne line, along with TLV’s JH and SH Free Float series, are suitable for the power generation Industry. In addition, TLV can provide nuclear certified products to class 1, 2 or 3 requirements.

The HR150A and HR260A PowerDyne range features inline replaceable modules, AISI440C hardened valve trim and built-in strainer screen.
