Meese introduces industrial strength bulk containers

The heavy duty P-291 Ship Shape(TM) bulk container from material handling product manufacturer Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., Saddle Brook, NJ, is now offered with four industrial strength swiveling casters to permit the manual handling of empty bulk containers without lift truck assistance. The new Ship Shape container is ideal in just-in-time situations where lift trucks deliver bulk materials or parts for assembly, manufacturing or inspection. Empty container retrieval and loading onto trailers may now be performed both manually and by lift truck.

The new, caster-enhanced bulk container is rotationally molded in a single, seamless piece (HDPE) for maximum durability, rigidity and resistance to the elements. Designed for reliable, long-term operation, the bulk container is bolted to rigid steel tilt plates in 16 places in its base for secure caster fastening that safely accommodate payloads up to 700 lbs. on its 45 x 45 footprint. The reusable container nests for efficient storage and returns and is available in a wide range of standard and custom colors with a host of custom options.
