Novozymes Makes Organizational Changes

Novozymes forms three divisions: Household Care & Technical Industries, Agriculture & Bioenergy and Food & Beverages.

Novozymes forms three divisions – Household Care & Technical Industries, Agriculture & Bioenergy and Food & Beverages – and establishes a central Research, Innovation & Supply organization. To lead the three divisions, Novozymes appoints Tina Sejersgård Fanø, former vice president of sales, to executive vice president (EVP), Agriculture & Bioenergy; Anders Lund, former vice president of sales to EVP, Household Care & Technical Industries; and Andrew Fordyce, former EVP, business operations, to EVP, Food & Beverages. 

COO & EVP Thomas Videbæk heads the central Research, Innovation & Supply organization and CFO & EVP Benny D. Loft heads Corporate Functions. Peder Holk Nielsen continues as CEO & president. Per Falholt, head of R&D, steps down from the executive leadership team. Falholt continues at Novozymes in a consulting role on technology scouting. Thomas Nagy, head of supply operations, leaves Novozymes.
