Horizon Systems, Inc. merges with Process Systems Inc.

Horizon Systems, Inc., an engineering and manufacturing company that designs material handling and automated transfer solutions for food, pet food, plastics and chemical manufacturers, merges with Process Systems Inc. (PSI), a company involved in the design and installation of automated systems for the plastics industry. The new company, Horizon PSI, will retain all Horizon Systems and PSI employees with a combined management team under the leadership of Wes Kuhl, president and Pete Vanderpool, managing partner.  Horizon PSI will operate out of its current offices and manufacturing facilities in Lawrence, KS; Lenexa, KS; McCune, KS and Nokomis, IL.
