Stahl, headquartered in the Netherlands, acquires Eagle Performance Products. The acquisition adds technology and product diversification to Stahl’s portfolio of process chemicals for leather products, performance coatings and polymer dispersions, according to the company. This is reportedly important in Stahl’s key market segments, such as automotive, aeronautics and home interior.
