The solution includes a new conceptual design builder in Aspen HYSYS Upstream that builds gas oil separation plant models in minutes, potentially reducing risk when evaluating upstream asset design options.
It also features rigorous plate-fin exchanger and spiral-wound exchanger models inside Aspen HYSYS, which allow E&P companies to optimize liquid natural gas plants, analyze operational challenges and deliver solution alternatives.
For the chemicals industry, the new Aspen Properties Mobile delivers anytime, anywhere access to physical property data, bringing Aspen properties to the Apple iPad and iPhone mobile devices. Aspen Plus now includes direct access to data for over 24,000 pure components and 30,000 component pairs.
