Bulk Bag Discharging System Provides Dust-Tight Operation

Material Transfer & Storage offers a bulk bag discharging system that provides sealed discharge of fine, dusty powders. The Material Master system includes a Sure-Seal actuated spout clamping system, which seals the bag discharge spout for dust-tight operation.

It also features a Flo-Master bag massaging system and rotary valve. A powered Flo-Lock discharge spout closure system halts material flow for partial bag discharging. Its drum-filling system offers a dust-tight actuated filling head, densification system, gain-in-weight scale system and gravity roller conveyor. The system is designed for Class II, Division II, Group G service.
