Alexanderwerk, Inc. Adds Roller Compactor to Test Laboratory

In order to expand the capabilities of its in-house testing laboratory, Alexanderwerk, Inc. has added a new Roller Compactor to its range of equipment available for customer product trials. The WP200VN Roller Compactor will include features such as Vacuum Deaeration, Water Cooled Vacuum Rollers and the company’s patented Combi-Vent Feed System. Capable of throughput as high as 400 kg/hr, the unit will be available for customer evaluation of roller compaction as part of their manufacturing process.

The Alexanderwerk testing lab is located in the company’s Horsham, PA headquarters, and in addition to roller compaction equipment includes size reduction systems, granulators and shredders, a pelletizer, a pneumatic conveying system and the company’s Modular Processing System which incorporates mixing, size reduction, pelletizing and extrusion capabilities in a single unit.

Product testing and production trials are offered free for evaluation quantities and on a day rate basis for production scale quantities.
