Resodyn Acoustic Mixers’ fourth-annual forum will take place Aug. 19-22 in Butte, Mont. The forum, “Innovations and Breakthroughs in ResonantAcoustic Industrial Mixing,” will focus on utilizing ResonantAcoustic Mixing (RAM) technology, while also exploring the dynamics and non-intuitive aspects of this mixing technology.
ResonantAcoustic mixing is being implemented in a broad range of industrial applications that include pharmaceuticals, energetics, press-sintered materials, cosmetics, ceramics, adhesives and dental products.
Attendees will have an opportunity to view live demonstrations and experience hands-on operation of Resodyn Acoustic Mixers equipment from laboratory scale through pilot and production scale machines (RAM 5 and RAM 55). New technologies introduced in 2013 included continuous mixing for solids, spray coating applications using RAM, and the introduction of continuous chemical reactor technology. The August forum will feature continued advances since the introduction of these new continuous-processing methods.
