Kaeser Compressors’ ESD series of rotary screw compressors provides flows from 820 to 1593 cfm and pressures up to 217 psig. Due to their flow-optimized Sigma Profile rotors, the compressors reportedly deliver up to 5% more flow than previous models.

Series features include IE4 super premium efficiency drive motors, eco-friendly filter elements, integral moisture separator with drain and an electronic thermal management system. Units also come standard with Sigma Control 2. The intelligent controller offers enhanced communications capabilities for seamless integration into plant control/monitoring systems and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), according to the company.

Built-in heat recovery options give sustainable energy savings and contribute to lowering a plant's carbon footprint.
