Triple/S Dynamics Acquires Longhorn Vibratory Screeners

Aug. 8, 2012
Company adds fine mesh screener to its product line.

Triple/S Dynamics has acquired the Longhorn line of vibratory screeners, which are designed to move the screen cloth through a vibrating rail as opposed to shaking the entire screen box.

Able to screen down to 325 mesh, the Longhorn also features minimal structure vibration, low power consumption, low noise levels and low maintenance requirements.

The screeners have standard decks sizes that include 4x8, 5x10, 5x12 and 6x12 and are stagger-stacked at a 33-degree incline. The Longhorn can be configured with up to five decks arranged in series. Applications include screening frac sand, foundry sand, glass cullet, salt, sugar, lime, dry clay, fertilizer, fly ash, iron powders and flours.
