Xchanger Introduces Three-Stage Heat Exchanger

Xchanger introduces a custom-designed, three-stage heat exchanger that can increase the temperature of a 25,000+ SCFM airflow from 50°F to 330°F using 145 PSIG steam. Each stage is nearly seven feet tall and eight feet wide. Heated air can dry crumb rubber during processing.  The design uses seven identical internal cores, each with two stacked steam circuits.  The seven cores are split between three housing boxes to simplify handling, shipping and core replacement (if required).  Using identical cores also reduces parts inventory.
