MasoSine Process Pumps has instituted a 20-year warranty on its pump housings, a benefit designed to prevent customers from having to send in their pumps for reconditioning. MasoSine pumps are engineered for a long service life without the cost or inconvenience of off-site factory remanufacturing or reconditioning. Parts are consistently made to the same size, which enables customers to reduce inventory of custom parts for reconditioned lobe pumps.
With a single shaft and rotor, there is no need for the complex timing gears and multiple seals associated with conventional rotary lobe pumps. Designed with one rotor, one shaft and one seal, MasoSine pumps are capable of being cleaned-in-place (CIP), while various CIP modifications are available depending on the product being pumped and the cleaning protocol used. It can also be disassembled for manual clean-out-of-place (COP).
