The Fluid Sealing Association (FSA) bestows its FSA Award of Merit on Charli Matthews, founder and president of Empowering Pumps, LLC, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The Award of Merit recognizes distinguished or exceptional service to the FSA by an individual member. The award is granted solely on merit and participation in all activities that support the FSA mission.
Charli recently completed her term as chair of the FSA marketing committee. She was instrumental in establishing, maintaining and growing the FSA’s social media presence and was the driving force behind the development and redesign of the FSA’s new website, according to the organization.
