Elantas PDG (EPDG) announces that Jan Behnke has joined the company as vice president – commercial and technology and Susanne McHale has been promoted to vice president of operations.
In his role, Behnke is responsible for leading the sales, business development and strategic marketing, customer service and technology development teams. He will also serve on the Elantas PDG and Elantas management teams. Behnke brings 32 years of industry experience, including serving as the global business director of the industrial solutions business at The Dow Chemical Company prior to his role as the corporate director for digital transformation and customer engagement there.
McHale began working with the then P.D. George Company in 1983, operating the pilot plant for several years before moving into the process engineering area. As her scope increased, she was promoted to head of the resin production division. McHale subsequently expanded her responsibilities to include the operational functions of the St. Louis site, ultimately taking on the role of director of operations. McHale is currently responsible for quality control, quality assurance and all operations in St. Louis and Olean and is a member of the Elantas operations steering committee and the EPDG management team.
