Ruzicka Is Hydraulic Institute Member Of The Year

The Hydraulic Institute names Paul Ruzicka, global COE residential, commercial wastewater and chief engineer, Xylem Inc.-Applied Water Systems, as its 2015 Member of the Year. The award was conferred to Ruzicka at the Hydraulic Institute’s 2016 annual conference held recently in Tucson, Arizona.

The HI Board of Directors selected Ruzicka for his commitment to the Hydraulic Institute in leading and actively participating in numerous HI committees in the advancement of the Institute’s technical work as well as in guiding young engineers within the Institute’s extensive technical organization. He has held leadership positions on more than 10 technical and education committees over the past two years. In 2015, he served as HI’s technical representative at DOE’s public hearing regarding the proposed energy conservation standard for pumps.
