ABB acquires the remaining shares of CGM AB to become its sole shareholder.

ABB, the power and automation technology group, acquires the remaining shares of CGM AB to become its sole shareholder. Sweden-based CGM provides modern control room design and ergonomic solutions. The acquisition complements ABB’s portfolio of technology for enhancing the control room environment, from optimized design to ergonomic solutions with advanced functionality and improved safety standards.

CGM is based in Borås and Ryssby, Sweden and employs 54 people. CGM will become part of ABB’s Control Technologies business unit.
