Key Instruments Celebrates 50 Years

Key Instruments, a division of Brooks Instrument, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this month. Founded in 1959, Key Instruments began as a manufacturer of injection-molded parts for various industries. In the 1970s, Key Instruments began focusing exclusively on the manufacturing of high-grade flow meters, starting with acrylic flow meters, and then expanded to include molded flow meters, glass flow meters, electronic flow meters, and more. Today, the Key Instruments flow meter manufacturing facility in Trevose, Pa., comprises one of the largest manufacturers of flow meters in the world.
