Emerson Expands Its Profibus Digital Protocol Offering

Emerson Process Management has expanded its Profibus offering to include the Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter and Rosemount 644 temperature transmitter, both available with Profibus PA profile V3.02. 

Profibus PA is the latest addition to the Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter, which offers capabilities with a Local Operator Interface (LOI) that features simple addressing and configuration at the transmitter.
