Fauske Expands Risk Management Services

Dust-testing program includes engineer visits to facilities for hazard review.

Fauske & Associates LLC said it has expanded its onsite risk management services in response to rapidly growing safety needs in the chemical and nuclear industries. FAI offers various risk-management services, such as dust hazard assessment, PHA/revalidation, process safety management support and process safety program development.

These consulting services include guidance related to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 and EPA 40 CFR Part 68. As part of FAI’s dust-testing program, the company will send an engineer to facilities to review the receiving, storage, use, processing and disposal of all materials.

FAI offers a full range of PHA services using a variety of techniques, including hazard and operability, what-if, checklists and failure models and effects analysis. PSM support consists of services for all fourteen elements of PSM, including compliance audits, gap analysis, PSM program development and implementation. 

FAI also offers services for safe scale-up of batch, semi-batch and continuous processes.
