Flowrox Enters Into Manufacturing Joint Venture With Rocsole

Roscole’s process control solutions measure scaling and deposits in piping systems.
Flowrox and Rocsole have established a joint venture to manufacture topographic imaging scaling sensors. Flowrox specializes in manufacturing high technology industrial valves, pumps and systems. Rocsole develops measuring devices and control solutions based on mathematical modeling and optics.
Flowrox Automation will specialize in the manufacturing of the sensors which utilizes 3-D topographic imaging to detect the amount of scale and free area of unobstructed pipe remaining. Flowrox will also be responsible for global sales management of the sensors.
Flowrox Scaling Watch is a wafer design that fits between two pipe flanges. The sensor detects scaling inside the process pipe and topographically images the formed deposits and calculates the free volume still available within the piping system.
