Horizon Systems, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Industrial Components Corporation ("ICC"), a privately held Lawrence, KS company. ICC offers a wide range of components and spare parts that are used in various bulk material handling processes in the food, pet food, chemical, aggregate and plastics industries.ICC's capabilities include sourcing of standard maintenance, repair and operational supplies (e.g., filter bags/cartridges, solenoid valves, tubing, elbows, couplings, level indicators, etc.,) and a wide array of complimentary components (e.g., rotary airlocks, valves, filters, blowers, etc.,) offered by various dry bulk material handling suppliers.Commenting on the acquisition, Horizon Systems, Inc.
