The Chemours Company completes spin-off from DuPont and launches as an independent, publicly traded company.
The Chemours Company completed its spin-off from DuPont and launched as an independent, publicly traded corporation. The company's common stock began trading "regular way" on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CC.”

President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Vergnano is joined by an experienced executive team, according to the company. They are:

  • Mark E. Newman, senior vice president, chief financial officer
  • E. Bryan Snell, president, titanium technologies
