When it comes to a STEM education, South Korea is tops, according to an article from Tech Insider. Some 32% of the country’s students reportedly graduate with a STEM degree, based on the latest Science, Technology and Industry Scoreboard report from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
South Korea, which retains the top ranking despite a 7% decrease in STEM graduates over the past 13 years, is followed by Germany, which has the third highest number of STEM graduates behind only the U.S. and China. Estonia also makes the list, boasting one of the highest percentages of female STEM graduates, according to the article.
