Tattoos – Not Just For Bikers Anymore

Jan. 18, 2010

Tattoos have become commonplace – especially for the under-40 crowd. Artwork that was once reserved for military folk, tough-as-nails bikers and jailbirds has found its way to the skin of bankers, lawyers, doctors, journalists and chemists. Yes, chemists – or at the very least, people who have a connection to the chemical industry.

I recently stumbled across this clever tattoo titled "Think Periodically." Whether the person wants people to think from time to time or think about the elements, I'm not sure. . . but it certainly is worth sharing.

And I wonder if the tattoo below ever came in handy on a test.

Do you have any science-based tattoos you'd like to share?
