Titus Nitrogen introduces the new TNX Series of onsite nitrogen generators, which are designed to increase nitrogen production while reducing much of the upfront costs for capital equipment. Featuring a small footprint, the expandable TNX Series gives companies the flexibility to buy the capacity they need and increase capacity (up to a factor of four from base models) as needs grow.
Featuring Prism Membrane technology from Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., the TNX Series offers capacities from 10 to 2,800 SCFH and purities ranging from 95% to 99.9%; front panel access for filter element replacement or oxygen analyzer service; and a high-visibility control panel. Available options include an oxygen analyzer with auto delivery; auto bypass system; nitrogen flow meter; and hydrocarbon removal package for highly sensitive applications.
