New Mobile App
Mobile app provides users access to BirdDog systems and data.
Coastal Flow Measurement released the BirdDog IS mobile app for Apple iPhone. The free app, available for download from the Apple App Store, provides user access to systems and data traditionally available through the advanced remote information collection, processing and web-based delivery SaaS systems of BirdDog Information Systems, a division of Coastal Flow.
Following mobile authentication through the iPhone app, users can navigate systems such as BirdDog Remote Data Retrieval and the BirdDog LACT-Pro Controller & Ticketing Service for data access and management. Users can reach support staff by phone or email. Non-authenticated users can access company postings on products, services and general reference information. While optimized for the iPhone 6, the BirdDog IS mobile app is fully compatible with earlier iPhone versions, providing crisp performance and screen clarity across all models, according to the company.
The BirdDog LACT-Pro Controller & Ticketing Service manages LACT unit operations with a microprocessor-based controller linked to a ticketing service for electronic distribution of delivery tickets as transfers are completed, with access to ticket archives and summary reports.
