Aalborg Instruments Introduces Multi-Parameter Mass Flow Controller

Aalborg Instruments launches DPC differential pressure/mass flow controller with high maximum flow ranges up to 1000 L/min of gases.

Aalborg Instruments announces the expansion of its DPC differential pressure/mass flow controller now available with high maximum flow ranges up to 1000 L/min of gases. The new models simultaneously display mass flow, volumetric flow, pressure and temperature. The DPC57, DPC67 and the DPC77 are designed to control gases 200, 500 and 1000 L/min flow ranges respectively. Standard accuracy is ± (0.5% RD + 0.2% FS). Quick (100-150 ms) response time is inherent.

Multi-gas functionality support provides for 90 different gases and gas mixes. “User Defined Mixture” functionality allows users to create and store up to 20 custom gas mixes with up to five different gases each.

Optional local high contrast OLED graphic display with joystick control and Modbus RTU network interface with isolated RS485 transceiver are available.

Free, easy-to-use configuration and calibration software (RS-232/RS-485) and programmable set point table with ramping up/down capability of up to 16 steps are included. High flow units also come with two programmable mass flow rate totalizers, high, low or in range alarms with preset action delay for mass flow, temperature and pressure functionality.
