The expanded services provide chemists, engineers and operation managers technical support for maximum uptime of their sampling and analysis equipment throughout its lifecycle, according to the company.

The ProShield Guardian Service Agreements expand on the AquatiPro service offered for the past decade, according to the company. ProShield Guardian Service Agreements now offer four levels of preventative maintenance support – from just two visits to 24 visits per year. A dedicated service administrator will schedule each on-site preventative maintenance visit in advance. A scheduled safety or operational inspection can ensure any issues that could impact plant safety are addressed and documented. Technicians can provide sampling system shutdown according to the system manufacturers’ recommendations as well.
