Mary Keelan -- International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF)
Mary (a.k.a. JJ) has been working at IFF since 1987. She started her career as analytical chemist. Over the years she's held positions in the business the planning and customer service departments. In 1998 she was selected to be a part of IFF's SAP ERP selection, design and implementation team. Since 2002 she's been working in IT with global responsibility regarding the integration of IFF's customers systems.

Mike Wendell -- Vice President of Process Industries for SAP Americas
Mike has 16 years experience in the software industry, focused on serving manufacturing companies. His organization is responsible for helping Process Industries customers leverage SAP's industry-leading enterprise applications to deliver quantifiable business value, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Carter Johnson -- Vice President, Line of Business Solutions with SAP
Carter is charged with business and strategy and revenue success of SAP's B2B application areas. Carter has also been responsible for business development and strategy for SAP's manufacturing portfolio. Prior to SAP, Carter was senior vice president of corporate development at Visiprise, a Manufacturing Execution Systems vendor that was acquired by SAP in June of 2008.
