Aveva launched Control of Work, a suite of products designed to help deliver safety and efficiency when planning and performing routine maintenance and in-plant engineering operations in potentially hazardous plant environments. It comprises applications for risk assessment, work permit management, work activity plotting, isolation planning, safe job analysis and lessons learned reporting. Control of Work is compatible with a wide range of enterprise asset management solutions, such as SAP, IBM Maximo and Aveva WorkMate, according to the company.
Aveva Control of Work provides a clear, current overview of all planned and in-progress work on a facility. This can accelerate and de-risk a new plant’s transition into operational readiness, according to Aveva.
