Pressure Transducer Uses Sputtered Thin-Film Sensor Technology

June 19, 2008

The PX5000 Series pressure transducers offer high performance, reliability and long-term stability in real-world applications. The transducers uses Omegadyne's sputtered thin-film sensor technology. Because of the sensor technology's molecular gage bonding, the PX5000 Series provides long-term calibration stability and solid-state reliability. The transducers have a 100,000 hour MTBF rate and are stable to 0.1% of FSO over an 18-month period. The PX5000 series provides Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection to 15KV, humidity qualified to MIL-STD-810, with minimal effects due to shock and vibration (shock qualification to 100 g). For unique application needs, Omegadyne offers custom load cells and custom pressure transducers.

Prices start at $750.
