Spiroflow Systems Launches Automation Solutions Business

Company appoints Bud Blankenship as president of the new business unit.

Spiroflow Systems, Inc. announces the launch of a new business that provides a broad range of automation solutions. Spiroflow Automation Solutions offers automation project services and solutions, including project development, control system design, industrial automation integration and long-term support across a variety of industries.

The company named Bud Blankenship president of the new company. Blankenship previously served as manager of business development in the automation and control business unit of Mustang Engineering and helped grow that group into the largest systems integrator in the world.

Blankenship also spent more than 20 years with Ashland Oil and served four years as director of the refining at Litwin Engineering and five years with ABB Automation.
