The Criminal Investigative Demand involves the production and disposal of the GenX compound.

North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein initiates a Criminal Investigative Demand (CID) related to the production and disposal of GenX at Chemours’ Fayetteville plant, according to an article from WNCN.
