Solenis LLC signs a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the shares of Quimatec Produtos Químicos Ltda. and Locatec de Araraquara Ltda-Me. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year following receipt of customary regulatory approvals, according to the company.
