Lanxess completes sale of its reverse osmosis membrane business to Suez.

Specialty chemicals company Lanxess completes the sale of its reverse osmosis membrane business. The business was acquired by French group Suez, a sustainable resource management company. The parties agree not to disclose the purchase price. The production plant as well as the research facilities in Bitterfeld, Germany, including all employees, have been transferred to Suez.
