Summary

Safety champion Trevor Kletz once said, “Organizations have no memory, only people have memory, and they move on.” So, the challenge becomes embedding that knowledge so the next generations of workers – and the organization as a whole – can benefit from all those lessons learned. A good start is to update procedures with hard-learned lessons, but more needs to be done. There are key activities that can enhance the ability of the organization and its people to learn. This webinar will discuss those activities and how they can be implemented.
