Mynah’s Mimic v3.4 offers realistic pressure and flow coordination.

Mynah Technologies has released Mimic v3.4 Simulation Software to provide a more effective solution for operator training and automation system testing. This latest version of the Mimic software is designed to enable users to develop process models more quickly and implement larger, more powerful simulations with real-time performance.

Mimic v3.4 include features to reduce the time required to build simulation models , including bulk utility entry, configuration view, a custom unit system, and global rename support. Model development speeds are also improved with the addition of three new base modeling blocks (a generator, turbine and conveyor), and an Advanced Modeling Furnace Object.  In addition, the new Advanced Models Dynamic Pressure/Flow Solver can provide realistic pressure and flow coordination without user configuration.

Mimic v3.4 is available in 64-bit installations for Microsoft Windows 7 and Server 2008. In order to support the real-time requirements of fast systems, such as power management, high speed material handling or gas processing, the new version also supports dynamic model execution in four scan threads of 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 msec.
