Eriez, through its 5-Star Service division, offers downloadable installation, operations and maintenance manuals (IOMs) for more than 15 product lines.
These manuals can be downloaded in PDF format from service.eriez.com/Service/Index/Downloadeioms.
Downloadable IOMs are available for an array of Eriez equipment, including chip and parts conveyors; coolant cleaners; lift magnets; magnetic drum separators; magnetic grates, plates and traps; roll separators; magnetic pulleys; and a variety of other miscellaneous Eriez equipment.
Eriez recently relocated its 5-Star Service division and the 5-Star Service Center to the company’s new 114,000-square-foot Wager Road facility in Erie, Pa. The Eriez 5-Star Service Center has been equipped to remanufacture complex systems. The fully staffed service center employs trained technicians, and the machining, fabricating and welding capabilities necessary to rebuild all Eriez equipment. Once remanufactured, all Eriez equipment leaves the service center with an “as-new” warranty.
