Webinar: Compressed Air Leaks Cost Big Money

One speaker noted that a compressed air leak you can hear and feel will cost your plant $1,400 per year.  Yikes!

The latest webinar I moderated in the Chemical Processing series dealt with compressed air.  Compressed air is used to power actuators and other equipment, and for cleaning and other services. Too often, though, compressed air is misapplied or wasted because users don’t appreciate the real cost of the utility.

In fact, one of our speakers noted that a compressed air leak you can hear and feel will cost your plant $1,400 per year.  Yikes!

It was an interesting event that featured real-world guidance on how to make the most of compressed air systems. The webinar also explained rotary compressor technology. The last 20 minutes were dedicated to answering audience questions.
