Foaming pump keeps formulations separate until mixing

The Twin Chamber Foamer has all the features of a traditional foaming pump, but with the added ability to keep two formulations separate until the moment of use where it mixes the two different components precisely and equally. The foamer consists of two small foam pump systems, with one single converter operating both chambers. At the point of discharge, the contents are combined to create an instant 50/50 foam formulation. Output is 0.8 ml per stroke.

Dry vacuum pump valve features wedge sealing system

The Basement Gate Valve (BGV) enables dry vacuum pumps operating in harsh processes to be kept running during maintenance, maximizing reliability and up-time. The valves have been designed with a wedge sealing system that avoids the complex mechanism of traditional gate valves. The benefit is that no oil, grease, or moving parts are within the vacuum, thereby reducing the risk of the mechanism being damaged by contamination of the lubrication in dusty processes. The simplified gate sealing design makes for quick and easy maintenance. Both manual and pneumatic valves are available.

Flow sensor can be installed, maintained without shut-down

The Signet 2552 metal magmeter is a insertion flow sensor that permits hot-tap access to the pipe stream.  This design allows quick and easy installation or maintenance without system shut-down, significantly reducing overall costs. Three output choices are incorporated into a durable metal housing, providing a device capable of accurate flow sensing in extremely harsh environments. It can be mounted into a broad range of pipe sizes from 2-in. to 48-in.

Static mixers come in four styles

Kenics KM series static mixers feature a helical mixing element which produces complete radial mixing and flow division for any combination of liquids, gases or solids. The smooth element geometry results in efficient mixing of miscible fluids in laminar or turbulent flow and dispersion of immiscible fluids or gases while producing very low pressure drop. The mixers have no moving parts and require no external power or regular maintenance. Offered in fixed-element, removable-element, edge-sealed element, and element-assembly styles, they range in size from 1/8-in. to 48-in. they are available in a variety of materials of construction including all commercial metals and alloys, FRP, PVC/CPVC, and PTFE.

Metering pump offers precise control in low-flow applications

The Moyno Chemical Metering Pump provides economical and efficient performance when metering low-flow liquids in a wide range of processing applications including dosing, sampling and metering. The progressing cavity design of the pump results in a smooth flow free from pulsations and variations in velocity and volume. This prevents material waste or mixture imbalance. The pump has sealed universal joints, no valves, low power consumption and operating costs,  and suitspressures to 300 psi, and flow rates from 1 gph to 190 gph. It is available in bare-shaft, close-coupled, and motorized configurations. All models can handle fluids ranging from clean, clear liquids to abrasive, corrosive fluids, solids in suspension and viscous materials.

Contained filtration avoids personal protection hassles

The PSL simplefilter is a versatile contained filtration solution which eliminates the requirement for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The simplefilter is a single plate pressure filter with effective containment via a nitrogen purged GloveBag. Standard simplefilters include heated vessel walls while a heated base, sterile design base, and various methods of contained discharge are optional extras. Products can be recovered via a continuous liner system direct to liners or via a PSL ChargePoint split butterfly valve to a PSL ChargeBag.
