TLV Corp.'s P21S PowerDyne steam trap has been designed to reduce blockages in copper tracing. In addition, the discharge passageway has been designed to carry copper precipitate out of the trap.

The Y-strainer design removes start-up and operating debris, and an optional BD1 blowdown valve enables safe discharge of start-up debris. It also helps achieve a “zero-energy” state for safe maintenance.

Multiple flats facilitate installation, even in tight manifold locations. It also includes stainless-construction, including heat-treatment hardened working surfaces.
