Vacuum conveyor allows a single operator to move material from unload or storage into the process quickly and effectively.

Hapman has added to its line of pneumatic vacuum conveyors with three new large-capacity units. The company expanded its models 30, 36 and 42 with increased capacities of up to 18,000 pounds per hour.

Hapman pneumatic conveyors were engineered to move high-volume bulk material in a short period of time without the need for plant air. Featuring an integral PD pump to generate the necessary vacuum, Hapman’s vacuum conveyor allows a single operator to move material from unload or storage into the process quickly and effectively.

The Hapman vacuum series has a latched side door for access to the internal filters. This latched panel allows for fast filter inspection and changes with no tools. The Hapman 30, 36, and 42 vacuum conveyors come with a reverse air-pulse filter cleaning mechanism, quick-release side access door for tool-less filter changeover, carbon or stainless steel construction and a factory-mounted support frame for field tie-in.
