Model built with stainless steel construction, high durability, and corrosion resistance.

TLV now offers the DR20 (direct-acting reducing valve) with air service, offering air pressure reduction and shutoff along with the ability to be utilized in other gas applications (including CO2 and N2). While the air feature does not affect pricing or design, the DR20 is built with stainless steel construction, high durability, and corrosion resistance.

Other features of the DR20 include a Class-4 seat leakage rating that delivers tight shutoff; a 30:1 turndown ratio that provides close pressure control without costly two stage reduction; and a stainless steel bellows-sealed design that prevents fugitive emissions. The model is available in ½ inch, ¾ inch, and 1 inch in NPT.
