Ace Glass has launched a PTFE reactor in 250, 500mL and 1000mL sizes for fluorine or boron chemistry applications. The reactor has a solid PTFE filter reactor body with PFA bottom valve and PTFE filter assembly, a solid PTFE reactor head with PTFE standard taper joints, a PTFE stirrer bearing, stir shaft and agitator assembly. PTFE accessories such as baffles, addition funnel and a PTFE condenser are also available. The reactor can also be used for fluorine or boron chemistry and strong alkaline reagents where glass will react with the process.
