Thermowell Sensor Suitable For Sanity Processing Applications

Omega Engineering's sanitary thermowell sensor can be used in clean-in-place systems allowing the sensor to be removed for calibration or service without disturbing the system. The sensor includes a four-wire, Class-A, PT100 RTD with an M12 connector plug. The thermowell is 3-A-approved with wetted surfaces made from 316L stainless steel, and the surface finish is 32 micro-inches or better.

Temperature range of the sensor is -50 to 200 degrees Celsius (-58 to 392 Fahrenheit) and is compatible with two, three, or four-wire RTD instruments. The product is suitable for food and dairy processing where clean-in-place or sanitary processing is required and for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Prices start at $180.
