Centrifuges Are Equipped With Containment Systems

Rousselet-Robatel Inc.'s kilo lab, pilot plant, and semi-works scale top discharge vertical basket centrifuges can be equipped with soft-sided, bag-out containment systems for processing highly potent, biologically active, and cytotoxic compounds. Special design features are said to allow for ergonomic product handling and removal. Containment levels of 1-10 microgram/M³ are achievable. Centrifuge sizes are available ranging from 0.6 liter to 50lLiter solids capacity. These centrifuges can be manufactured from 316L SS, 904L SS, Hastelloy, Alloy 2205 or other alloys.
