Air valve comes in three versions
The LS04 pneumatic valve series have dimensions of only 10 mm wide and a flow rate of 200 l/min (0.2 Cv) up to a maximum of 330 l/min. (0.33 Cv). The valve series comes in three different designs: a mini valve with optimized dimensions and a flow rate of 200 l/min (0.2 Cv), a standard valve with 250 l/min (0.25 Cv) and a valve manifold system with a flow rate of 330 l/min (0.33 Cv). An on-line configurator is available to design custom valve manifolds and receive a part number, list price and CAD drawing. All valve variants are made of high strength polymer and are said to be especially light. The series features integrated push-in fittings for inch or metric tubing (working ports range from 1/8 [fraction font] in. to 1/4 in. and 4 mm to 6 mm).

De-clumper uses dual rotors to reduce materials
The model 15X15-SS low-profile rotary de-clumper reduces agglomerates and friable materials being discharged from process equipment, storage vessels and shipping containers. Material entering the 15-in. (381- mm) square inlet is reduced in size by dual rotors with three-point, single-piece, stainless steel breaking heads rotating with minimum clearance inside a curved, perforated bedscreen. On-size material exits through apertures in the bedscreen ranging from 1/32 [fraction font] to 2-1/2 in.[fraction font] (25 to 64 mm) in diameter. Powered by a 3-hp (2.24 kw) motor with gear reducer and serpentine timing drive, the synchronized shafts rotate at approximately 100 rpm.

Peristaltic metering pump features menu-driven software
The Flex-Pro A3 peristaltic metering pump offers outputs to 33.3 gph/126 lph; output pressures to 125 psi/8.6 bar; automated ppm dosing; self-priming even against maximum line pressure; and no need for bypass valves. Vaccum pump keeps carryover flowing
The TC 8, TC 9 and TC 10 two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are designed to handle large amounts of liquid carryover without difficulty. The TC 8 has an overall capacity of 725 to 1,200 cfm/1,230 to 2,040 m3/hr and vacuum to 0.8-in. HgA/27 mbar abs; the TC 9 has an overall capacity of 1,000 to 1,550 acfm/1,700 to 2,600 m3/hr and vacuum to 0.8-in. HgA/ 27 mbar abs; and the TC 10 has an overall capacity of 1,100 to 1,900 acfm/1,800 to 3,400 m3/hr and vacuum to 0.8-in. HgA/ 27 mbar abs. There is an O ring option for these pumps to provide an optimum seal. They are available in either ductile iron or stainless steel.
